  We are pleased to announce the feature release of Vampir 10.8.0.

  This major release introduces multiple new features.

  Noteworthy Changes:

  Message matching of multi-threaded MPI applications

  Vampir now shows correct messages for multi-threaded MPI applications (MPI_THREAD_MULTIPLE). Recording requires a recent Score-P with OTF2 3.2 or above. Trace loading will be degraded but interactive analysis is not affected.

  At booth J39 at the ISC High Performance 2025 conference in Hamburg, Germany we will be showing new developments in Vampir and Score-P.

  2025 Vampir 10.6.1 bugfix released

  There is a new Vampir 10.6.1 bugfix release available now.

  Notable changes:

  • Update to OTF2 3.1.
  • Fix source code file names appearing as function group names.
  • Fix stroke width and corner radius when toggling between display modes in the Workflow View.
  • Fix Workflow View when working with zero-duration jobs.
  • Fix selection behavior for the Performance Radar (overlay).
  • Fix function renaming not working after the first applied rename.
