  Release of Vampir 5.2, VampirServer 1.8 and VampirTrace 5.4.0. Major new features are user defined performance metrics and support of I/O events. The installation process was also improved.

  Vampir 5.1 is released at 22nd International Supercomputing Conference. Our classic now supports compressed OTF trace files and comes with improved symbol and color handling for performance events. Furthermore, an all new maintenance model has been introduced.

  2007 Release of VampirServer 1.7

  VampirServer 1.7 is released at 22nd International Supercomputing Conference in Dresden. Major novelties are: Support for MPI collective operations, on-the-fly trace format compression, improved parallel performance, better color representation of activities, and bug fixes.
