Vampir 9.6 released

At the SC18 in Dallas we presented our most recent improvements in performance tracking and visualizing on the road to exascale.

We introduced Vampir 9.6 that offers powerful performance charts, customizable performance metrics, extended grouping and filtering, and support for instrumentation and sample based traces.

Selected highlights include:

• The option to add and edit custom markers directly in Vampir
• A unified filter dialog appearance
• Extended information shown for collective operations in the Context View
• Several other fixes, stability and performance improvements
